"My lifelong passion for health and fitness is a reflection of the energy I put into my business and helping my clients achieve their goals. I became inspired to help others' achieve their goals after gaining 25 pounds myself, and then having to lose it all over again. Losing weight, and toning or tightening up can be one of the most challenging and emotional experience we can go through as human beings. I understand the amount of will power, discipline and motivation it takes someone to change their life, because I have been through it first hand. If you WANT to make a change, then I WILL show you the way. Accountability is the key to success, and if you give me your commitment, we will transform YOU one day at a time."
"In 2008 I knew I needed to make a change. I was tipping the scale at 220lbs and not feeling very happy with my life. Once I asked for help, I was shown that I had a choice, and everything for me changed. I was guided by a professional personal trainer, who is near and dear to my heart, who became my mentor, and showed me how to live the healthiest life possible. With strict guidance and positive support, I lost 41 lbs in 11 weeks, and a total of 85 lbs in 8 months! I have been able to keep the weight off for 8 years! I understand the struggles associated with weight loss, from the perspective of going through my own transformation. I believe anything is possible. I'm living proof of it! "I became inspired to be Personal Trainer at the age of 14 when I began lifting weights. I was 150 pounds and was one of the top wrestlers in my weight class but I wanted to become stronger so I could be a better athlete and feel better about myself. I was battling self image problems for a long time until I began strength training and learning how to take care of my body. Once I saw results it became the most important part of my life which formed my passion for health and fitness. Now I'm here living it and I would be honored to be able to help you pursue your goals."
Having a background in indoor cycling and competitive sports has me extremely excited about working with those who are ready to make that leap and dedicate time to become stronger both mentally and physically. What I believe makes me stand out is the ability to help clients break through the wall of doubt and achieve the goals I know they are capable of. It is rewarding to see milestones achieved during their fitness journey. Mind over matter, lets get started towards your goals!
“My passion for health and fitness began when I was in high school. I began training in order to become a better athlete. However, I was different from most kids in the sense that not only did I enjoy working out, but I was also interested in the science and biomechanics behind physical fitness and resistance training. Prior to my freshman year of college, I was faced with the difficult decision of whether or not to play collegiate golf or pursue my true passion of fitness. I decided to end my athletic career and focus on health and wellness, I have been fully committed ever since. I attend High Point University in High Point, North Carolina where I am following this passion pursuing a degree in exercise science with a concentration in health and wellness. I was fortunate enough to be hired as an intern in the strength and conditioning program at HPU. As an intern, I assist the Division 1 athletes to achieve their full potential in their specific sport. Although this last year I have focused on the training and development of athletes, I enjoy helping all people, at all levels, reach their fitness goals. As someone who has gone from no experience in the gym to competing in the sport of powerlifting and bodybuilding, I know how to make goals and reach them. I am committed to listening to your goals, devising a plan and working with you to achieve them. No matter how big or small the goal, you will get there!!! Taylor is crucial part of our team! You'll always see her working out in the gym on a daily basis, and even though she may not be a trainer, she is behind the scenes keeping our business rolling. Whether she is working on upcoming events, promoting the brand or creating recipes and workout routines, she is a major asset to our team and we are so grateful to have her.
